WCS-India Job Opening: Educator

WCS-India is looking for an Educator to design trainings with government staff under the Counter Wildlife Trafficking program.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design trainings and refine existing modules aimed at improving government staff capacity to detect and investigate wildlife crimes
2. Evaluate workshops and refine existing systems to monitor outcomes and impacts of individual trainings
3. Maintain a regular engagement with trainees post workshops and identify suitable nudges that encourage trainees to prosecute wildlife offenders

A Masters in Education/MAss Comm/Literature/Social Sciences with one year of work experience OR A Bachelors in any of the above subjects with three years of work experience
Past experience of working with government agencies will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, especially English writing skills are a must.
Candidates must demonstrate an interest and understanding for wildlife and its conservation, and be updated with current issues related to wildlife trafficking.

Location: Bangalore/Guwahati, with frequent travel to project states
